As a beginner you must have a lot of patience. You must have lots of determination and the motivation if you want to achieve desired results. The problems involved in the toning of your butt and thunder thighs and abs are not all physical. They are basically psychological. The burning desire to solve your problem is the first step in the right direction.

Other steps you can engage in are to find and invest regular time everyday. Have patience. Get on a healthy diet or food plan.
